A 17-year-old has been charged with one count of murder … after he allegedly stabbed another 17-year-old during an altercation at a high school track meet in Texas on Wednesday.

Frisco Police said the incident took place at around 10 AM at the Frisco Independent School District’s Kuykendall Stadium … where several students were competing in the University Interscholastic League’s (UIL) District 11-5A championship.

According to cops, Frisco Centennial High School’s Karmelo Anthony killed Frisco Memorial High School’s Austin Metcalf following a dispute at the event.

“The Frisco Police Department grieves with all those affected by this devastating loss and extends its deepest condolences to the victim’s family, students, and staff who are experiencing unimaginable pain,” the Frisco PD said in a statement. “The department is collaborating with the Frisco Independent School District and will continue to provide any support they need during this incredibly difficult time.”

Metcalf described himself as a 6-foot, 220-pound football player with a 3.97 GPA on his X page. His last post on the social media app stated, “Faith that god got me and my work will pay off.”

Anthony, meanwhile, described himself as a 5-foot-10, 175-pound footballer with a 3.7 GPA.

Jean-Claude Van Damme is reportedly facing charges of having sex with trafficked women in Romania … allegedly accepting sex with several women as a “gift.”

According to CNN affiliate, Antena 3, the Romanian Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) has filed a criminal complaint against Van Damme claiming he knowingly had sex with several women who were being trafficked.

Per the report, the actor allegedly met with several people also under investigation for sex trafficking crimes who offered to let him have sex with five women Romanian photo models as a “gift.”

This alleged incident is said to have gone down in Cannes, France … so, the French government reportedly has to authorize criminal proceedings. Unclear if or when that may happen.

Van Damme isn’t the only public figure who has been accused of crimes related to sex trafficking in Romania. Remember, Andrew and Tristan Tate were only recently allowed to leave the country after they were arrested on sex trafficking charges back in 2022.

Audrey Hale — the Nashville school shooter who killed three children and three adults in 2023 — committed the crime for fame and notoriety … this according to police.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department released its final report on the shooting after two years of investigations … and, they claim Hale was motivated by a desire for notoriety.

Investigators note Hale wanted to die in a way that would matter and be remembered … even studying the notoriety of Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold after Colorado’s Columbine High School shooting back in 1999.

BTW … police use “she/her” pronouns to describe Hale (as required by a Tennessee law about birth certificates) — though they do note Hale privately used “he/him” pronouns on social media and in writings.
