A New Jersey police chief is being accused of creating a toxic — and smelly — work environment … by defecating on the floors at the station, spiking officers’ coffee with Viagra and Adderall, sticking a hypodermic needle into the penis of a subordinate … and more.
The disturbing allegations come from five officers from the North Bergen Police Department, who submitted legal complaints this month — which TMZ obtained — to prepare to sue police chief Robert Farley for discrimination, harassment, using racial slurs, retaliation, sexual misconduct, and violation of civil rights.
The legal complaints obtained by TMZ also accuse Farley of exposing himself to the entire office while making inappropriate comments such as, “Hey, look, it’s bigger than you thought, right?”
One of the docs specifies … “Chief Farley has, on several occasions, pulled his pants down and defecated on the floor in front of his entire office staff.” In another instance, Farley allegedly defecated into a trash can in front of two coworkers … and left it there for days before finally agreeing to clean it up.
He is also accused of shaving his body hair over work desks, and repeatedly erupting in fits of rage, allegedly ripping a TV off a wall and smashing it … and smashing picture frames, and throwing eggs, according to the complaints.
Farley is also accused of smearing ink on door handles, poking holes in coffee cups, and sneaking dangerously hot peppers into coworkers’ food … one complaint says he heated one such pepper-infused meal in a microwave, causing fumes so unbearable the fire department was called to vent the building.
In addition to creating a chaotic work environment, one officer accuses Farley of harassing him and his family at home with the “delivery of inappropriate items such as gay pride flags, dildos, and masturbation cream” that his children saw.
Farley has been with the North Bergen Police Department for 26 years and was made chief in February 2024.
TMZ reached out to the Township of North Bergen for comment … so far, no word back.
However, a spokesperson has told multiple outlets that the township has “full confidence in Chief Robert Farley’s leadership” and denies “these false and outrageous allegations.”

Johnny Tillotson — a well-known pop singer with multiple top 10 hits over the years — has died … TMZ has confirmed.
The songwriter’s wife, Nancy, announced the news on her Facebook page Wednesday morning … revealing the veteran musician passed away yesterday. Nancy highlighted Tillotson’s many achievements through the years, and thanked his fans for always supporting her husband.
We spoke with Nancy, who tells TMZ … Johnny died due to complications from Parkinson’s, at his home in L.A., surrounded by family.
Tillotson rose to fame in 1960 … releasing “Poetry in Motion” — his best-known song — which peaked at No. 2 on the charts in the U.S. He followed it up with “Without You” the next year, which hit No. 7.
Among his other well-known songs … “Talk Back Trembling Lips,” “You Can Never Stop Me Loving You,” and “It Keeps Right On a-Hurtin'” — which Dean Martin, Bobby Darin and Elvis Presley all covered.
Johnny was a two-time Grammy nominee … receiving a nomination at the 5th and 8th Grammy Awards way back in the ’60s.
Tillotson last released an album — titled “Johnny Tillotson” — back in 1977.
He is survived by Nancy, his stepdaughter Genevieve, his brother Dan, and his grandchildren, Nia, Jackson, Georgia and Gwyneth, as well as various nieces and nephews. He was 86.

Bidding To Buy TikTok?!?

Jeff Bezos sounds like he’s throwing some Amazon money around … because his company is reportedly trying to acquire TikTok.
Amazon submitted a bid to buy TikTok as the popular video app nears the Saturday deadline to separate from Chinese ownership or face a ban in the United States … according to a report Wednesday in the New York Times.
The report says the Amazon bid came in at the last minute … and the NYT also notes the Amazon offer is not being taken seriously.

President Trump in January set an April 5 deadline for TikTok’s Chinese parent company ByteDance to sell the social media app to a non-Chinese buyer or be banned in the U.S. over national security concerns.
Trump told reporters Sunday there are lots of potential buyers showing tremendous interest and hinted a deal would be made before the deadline.

Paige Spiranac wants the haters to butt out of her content … clapping back at a troll who took issue with her featuring a certain ass-et in a video.
The sports influencer and S.I. Swimsuit model posted a clip of her setting up a new golf bag on Tuesday … and at one point, she briefly had her back turned to the camera, which put her rump on display.
Some dork was so appalled by the not-so-subtle move … commenting, “Had to start that second shot with your ass on the camera. Real classy Paige.”
Paige — who has more than four million followers on Instagram alone — didn’t take the criticism sitting down … and defended herself with a passionate reply.
“I went from having my back connect to my thighs to this,” Paige said Wednesday. “It’s not the biggest peach now but I’ve been working harder than I ever have in the gym and also with my diet.”
“Heck yeah I’m going to show it off! I’m proud of my body and how hard I’ve been working to achieve my fitness goals.”
Paige also shared a side-by-side shot of her fitness journey to get her point across.
The 32-year-old has had to fend off plenty of wild antics from her followers over the years … including that one time she had to come out and confirm her boobs have nipples.
