Brooke Mueller says she’s a “stage 4” drug addict and it’s only a matter of time before she relapses again.

Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife opens up about her struggles with substance abuse in a new interview with People, telling the outlet she’s stuck in a cycle where she gets sober and relapses.

Brooke says … “When we’re at stage four, it typically means that cycle where you just have these relapses, no matter how well you get, and no matter how many years, it’s just a matter of time.”

Brooke says every so often she convinces herself she needs prescription drugs … and then she goes through a bottle of pills in 36 hours.

She says Charlie is always her first call when she needs help for her addiction and says he’s better at avoiding vices than she is.

Luke Rockhold believes it’s a serious injustice that Cain Velasquez is back behind bars … and now, he’s urging Donald Trump to step in and help remedy the issue.

Rockhold told TMZ Sports on Tuesday he believes Velasquez’s attempt to seriously hurt Harry Goularte on a Northern California roadway back in February 2022 was “somewhat justified” — as the MMA legend believed the man had molested one of CV’s close relatives.

Velasquez ended up spending one year behind bars and an additional two under house arrest after he was thrown in jail for the alleged attempted murder … and Rockhold told us that punishment should have been enough.

While the president, of course, can’t officially pardon the 42-year-old former UFC champion — it’s a state matter, after all — he can certainly throw his weight around, and Rockhold made it clear he’d appreciate that.

“He’s done his time,” Rockhold said of Velasquez. “He’s proved he’s not a threat to society.”

Rockhold has actually spent time with Velasquez in the community recently … the two — who were longtime MMA teammates at American Kickboxing Academy — visited a children’s hospital, and Luke said Cain was nothing but wonderful to the kids and staff there.

“He’s a big teddy bear,” Luke said. “What can I say? He’s just the nicest guy ever.”

“Bluey” might’ve already conquered the U.S. as the No. 1 most streamed series for 2024, but now its upcoming movie could be making a run for awards season, says one of its voice actors, Melanie Zanetti.

We caught up with Melanie on TMZ’s “Big Down Under” podcast, and when we asked if she thinks the Bluey movie, set for release in ’27, could snag an Oscar for Best Animated Feature, she basically said she and the team are down for whatever success comes their way.

As of now, it’s looking like the Bluey movie’s getting the full A-list Hollywood treatment, with Melanie going full top-secret mode, saying she can’t spill too much just yet.
