A Florida man dressed up like Ronald McDonald got arrested for trespassing … and when cops told him he looked like a clown, the guy responded, “No s***, I am a clown, stupid.”

Police bodycam footage shows the moment Palm Bay police officers rolled up on the Ronald McDonald doppelgänger … and things get tense from the start.

Cops tell the clown — who police say is a homeless man named Chris Marlowe — to put his stuff down because he’s being arrested, and he responds, “Why, so you can rob me?!?”

When cops shove the guy into the back of their squad car, one tells him, “You look like a clown” … and he gives his blunt, and obvious, response.

The circus continues when police search his bag, which is full of a never-ending supply of red noses and clown costumes.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Marlowe is charged with a count of trespass other than structure or conveyance, and resisting an officer with violence.

Cops say the guy was previously trespassing at a shopping center where he was walking around talking to himself, loitering and serving no purpose on the property … and police say he was warned he would be arrested if he came back.

Check out the clip … Saritha Ramaraju, 48, calmly approaches officers — who have their guns drawn — while holding a phone to her ear. As she’s cuffed, an officer can be heard announcing there’s “blood on her hands.”

She confirms to Santa Ana cops during the March 19 arrest, around 9 AM, that her son is the only one in their room at the La Quinta Inn … and they go to check on him. Police say he was found dead with apparent stab wounds, reportedly surrounded by Disneyland souvenirs. A large kitchen knife purchased the day prior was reportedly also found at the scene.

Police say he was dead for several hours before his mother called them. Ramaraju told officers she consumed pills to end her own life after taking her son’s.

It’s unclear why Ramaraju allegedly decided to kill her boy. They had reportedly just wrapped up a three-day trip to Disneyland, and she was due to return him to his father, whom she divorced in 2018, that day, police say.

She was hospitalized, and after her release, Ramaraju was charged with one felony count of murder and one felony enhancement of personal use of a weapon, as well as child endangerment, torture, and aggravated mayhem.

Brian laughed off the message … and, it looks like Burgess isn’t taking it too seriously either — ’cause she posted a simple “lol” followed by, “That was about the equivalent of a dog pissing on its territory making it known it’s back in the area. So eloquently put too. Bravo.”

Of course, the little one is here now … ’cause Megan and MGK announced the new via social media Thursday hours after all this drama went down — with Kelly sharing a black-and-white photo of the baby’s hand.
