Kim Kardashian says her ex-husband Kris Humphries only partially paid for her lavish engagement ring, then took it back in the divorce.

On the latest episode of “The Kardashians,” Kim reminisces with Khloe about her engagement rings from ex-husbands.

Kim reveals Humphries proposed with an 18-carat emerald cut from Lorraine Schwartz … a step up from the 14-carat cushion cut engagement ring she got from her first husband, Damon Thomas.

However, Kim says she no longer has Humphries’ proposal ring … claiming that while she was pregnant with her daughter North during their divorce, Kris apparently insisted she give it back in order to cut ties.

Funny thing is, Kim says she paid for the majority of the ring, with Kris only chipping in for a fifth of the ring’s price. Kim’s close friend Chris Appleton called Humphries “savage” after hearing her story.

As you know, Kim and Kris were married for just 72 days in 2011, and she doesn’t often talk about their relationship.

Earlier this season, Kim jokingly asked Khloe, “Should I call Kris Humphries?” after Khloe mentioned she’d recently seen her ex, Lamar Odom. Khloe replied, “That’s what I said … Get all the ex-husbands on here.”

The high school track runner who allegedly whacked her competitor in the head with a baton is now facing criminal charges despite her claims the incident was all just an accident.

The Lynchburg Commonwealth’s Attorney Office tells TMZ … prosecutors are charging Alaila Everett with one count of assault and battery for allegedly beating Kaelen Tucker with the baton as they competed in last week’s 4x200m relay race at the VHSL Class 3 State Indoor Championship in Virginia.

Video shows Tucker, a Brookville High School junior, running past Everett, a senior at I.C. Norcom High School, as they rounded the track during the second leg of the competition.

After the track meet, Everett told a local news outlet that the alleged assault was unintentional and purely an accident, offering a somewhat confusing explanation. She also said people who were angry over what happened peppered her with racial slurs and issued death threats after the incident went viral online.

Christopher Lambert — famous for his role in the ‘Highlander’ films — is on the mend after tripping on stairs at a hotel a few months ago … TMZ has learned.

Lambert’s rep, Lucas Confortini, tells TMZ … Christopher tripped on stairs while entering a hotel a few months ago, resulting in a back injury. Fortunately he didn’t break his back, because he’s now recovering.

Since his fall, Lambert’s been in physical therapy to get back in shape. He’s getting ready for a new project, “Tulipomania,” which starts filming next week … and will also be promoting a new docuseries he’s involved in called “Eyes Everywhere.”

Christopher’s rep tells us there must have been some confusion. As the rep explains, “As an actor, filming and promoting his films are an absolute priority and has always been, and while he has the highest respect for people organizing events and fans who attend; unfortunately this time he will not be able to attend the comic con.”

In addition to “Highlander,” Lambert is known for appearing in films like “Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes,” and “Mortal Kombat.”
