One of the most-filmed private homes in Los Angeles County just sold … so, sounds like Miley Cyrus won’t be able to use it in another music video.
A 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom home in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley sold Tuesday for $5 million … and, the house comes with a pretty historic past in the entertainment industry.
The property — located in Chatsworth — has been used in multiple movies, TV shows and music videos … including the flicks “Dreamgirls” and “Bewitched,” and TV shows “Beef” and “Mad Men.”
Music fans will recognize the house from Cyrus’ “Flowers” music video … serving as the house where Miley goes for a swim, works out, and even jumps in the shower for a steamy shot. And, Frank Sinatra was said to have rented the place from 1960 to 1964.
The Mid-Century Modern house boasts 6,661 square feet of living space — and, it seems to be a good investment for whoever bought the place — ’cause it generates between $750K and $1.2 million in revenue each year from various shoots.
We’re told the house has been overpriced for years … but, Craig Knizek and Blair Chang from The Agency helped bring the price down — and, it sold shortly afterward.
It’s unclear if the new owner plans to continue renting the place out … or if Hollywood location scouts are going to need to search for a new gorgeous backdrop.

Shows Off old Hospital Pics Of newborn Sons

Rihanna is honoring International Women’s Day by showing off never-before-seen photos of her two sons right after they were born.
The iconic singer jumped on Instagram Saturday and posted two pics of herself cradling the infants in hospital beds after she gave birth to them in 2022 and 2023.
As you know, Rihanna shares RZA, 2, and Riot Rose, 1, with rapper A$AP Rocky, her longtime boyfriend.
In the caption of her IG post, Rihanna notes the first photo shows RZA and the second captures Riot. She writes, “By far the most powerful thing I’ve ever done as a woman…my little miracles! #InternationalWomensDay“

For anyone who doesn’t know … International Women’s Day celebrates the constant battle for women’s rights and equality, as well as their liberation going back decades.
Meanwhile, Rihanna and Rocky have experienced their own form of liberation after they recently scored a major victory at A$AP’s L.A. criminal trial.

In February, a trial jury found Rocky not guilty of two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic weapon. The charges stemmed from a November 2021 altercation with a former friend, who claimed the hip hop star had shot him in Hollywood.

MAN SHOT BY SECRET SERVICE AGENTS

The Secret Service surrounded a man who was brandishing a gun near The White House on Sunday.
The agency said they were notified on Saturday by local law enforcement that a man who they believe was suicidal had traveled from Indiana to Washington D.C. late Saturday night, SS officials noticed the man parked next to a building directly next to The White House. The SS says as officers approached his vehicle, he brandished a firearm and “an armed confrontation ensued, during which shots were fired.”
The man was transported to a local hospital where his condition is currently unknown, the agency’s statement concluded.
None of the Secret Service agents handling the situation were injured.
