Michael Lohan Hit With Protective Order … Defense Attorney Blasts Kate Major
Published
Michael Lohan is facing more consequences after his arrest for allegedly assaulting his estranged wife Kate Major… a judge slapped him with a protective order — but his attorney is hitting back at the allegations, calling them BS.
On Monday, the judge signed the emergency protective order, which requires Lindsay Lohan‘s dad to refrain from assaulting Kate or communicating with her in a threatening or harassing matter, according to court documents.
The docs also say Michael can’t go anywhere within 200 feet of her place of employment, regardless of if he’s carrying a firearm.
Police say Michael showed up Friday to the parking lot of a building in Harris County, Texas, where Kate was getting a mammogram, which is a medical procedure that checks for breast cancer.
Cops say Kate spotted Michael and called the police out of fear he was following her.
JUNE 2024
Harris County Sheriff deputies responded, police say, and Kate told them Michael flipped her out of a chair at their house several days earlier. Deputies then arrested Michael, charging him with a felony assault called “continuous violence against the family.”
Michael’s attorney, Andino Reynal, fired back at the accusations, telling TMZ that Kate is an alcoholic with a criminal record, which includes many confirmed DUI arrests and at least 3 DUI convictions.
Reynal says Michael has tried to help Kate give up alcohol “for her own good and for the good of their two young children.”
But, Reynal says, “when it became clear Kate was not going give up drinking, Michael asked her to move out of the guest house where she had been living — and these [police] accusations followed.”
Reynal calls the timing of Kate’s allegations “suspicious.” Michael, of course, has denied any wrongdoing.
Ultimately, Reynal believes Michael will be vindicated with a grand jury finding no probable cause to charge him.

The Baltimore Ravens are breaking their silence on the sexual misconduct allegations leveled against Justin Tucker … with the team’s General Manager sailing the number of claims against their star kicker “serious and concerning.”
Eric DeCosta met with reporters Tuesday morning ahead of the NFL Combine … where they peppered him with questions on the JT situation — in light of 16 masseuses coming forward to claim Tucker was inappropriate with them over the years.
“We’re fortunate the league is doing an investigation,” DeCosta said. “We’ll wait as patiently as we can for as much information as we can, and we’ll make our decisions based on that.”
The 53-year-old confirmed reports the NFL is currently on the ground in Baltimore conducting their investigation into the All-Pro kicker. The GM also told the media he met with investigators.
DeCosta also revealed the team was unaware of the troubling allegations before the Baltimore Banner released an article detailing the experiences of six masseuses who allegedly had sessions with the 35-year-old ranging from 2012 to 2016.
After the story was published … Tucker released a statement on the situation, calling the accusations “unequivocally false.”
“I maintain I did not act inappropriately at any point before, during, or after a professional bodywork treatment session,” Tucker said.
“I would never intend to offend or hurt anyone, ever. As a matter of principle, I respect when individuals come forward to report misconduct of any kind. I support a process that allows claims to be properly investigated.”
Tucker has not commented on the additional therapists who have come forward.
Jeffrey Dahmer Case Detective Don’t Let Out Connecticut Cannibal … Once A Flesh Eater, Always One!!!
Published
The lead detective in the infamous Jeffrey Dahmer case is issuing a warning to a psychiatric review board that granted conditional release to a Connecticut cannibal killer — Don’t let him out!
Retired Milwaukee detective Dennis Murphy — who took Dahmer’s 1991 confession in which he discussed eating a human heart, bicep and thigh — says Bridgeport, CT, killer cannibal Tyree Smith should stay locked away at a maximum-security forensic hospital.
Murphy says after Dahmer was convicted for his serial murders in 1992 and sentenced to multiple life terms, the detective went to visit him in a Wisconsin prison.
Murphy says Dahmer admitted that if he were ever released, he would go right back to doing what he did before — murdering and eating people.
This is why Murphy says Smith should never see the light of day … because he would just revert back to his sick, twisted ways like Dahmer. Murphy also says Smith’s release from the hospital would negatively impact the victim’s family.
In 2011, Smith hacked Angel Gonzalez to death in Bridgeport and later confessed to his cousin he ate a portion of Gonzalez’s brain and an eyeball, washing it all down with sake. The following year, Smith was found not guilty by reason of insanity and ordered confined to the psychiatric hospital for 60 years.
But, last Friday, the Connecticut Psychiatric Security Review Board granted Smith conditional release from the mental ward after a psychiatrist evaluated Smith and concluded his schizophrenia was in full remission along with his alcohol and drug issues as a result of his ongoing treatment, which includes taking meds.
Murphy says mentally unstable inmates often stop taking their meds for any number of reasons, potentially triggering a violent episode.
The review board’s decision means Smith will be released from the high-security forensic hospital and housed full-time at a community facility with 24/7 supervision.
Blake Lively ‘It Ends With Us’ Scene Echoes Reynolds Dance Fans Discuss Conspiracy Theory
Published
Was Blake Lively trying to recreate a scene from a 2011 film in last year’s “It Ends with Us” that’s led to controversy and jealousy? One fan’s conspiracy theory has taken off online, and others are noting similarities.
In the 2011 comic book flick “Green Lantern,” Blake’s character dances with the hero — her future husband, Ryan Reynolds — and it seems to resemble a disputed scene in “It Ends with Us” that’s part of a harassment lawsuit.
Blake is suing her “It Ends with Us” castmate and director Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment, and her lawsuit describes one scene in which the two slow-dance in a bar — she says Baldoni nuzzled her neck and whispered into her ear, making her uncomfortable … and no one was aware of the comment.
Years earlier, in “Green Lantern,” Ryan also dances intimately with his scene partner — Blake herself. The two were not married then — Reynolds was married to Scarlett Johansson, and Blake was dating Penn Badgley.
A fan online noted the scenes’ similarity Sunday, and posed the question — was Blake trying to recreate the same scenario, consciously or not?
Leanne Newtonposted on X … “I noticed that about 30 mins into the film, there’s a scene where Lively and Reynolds characters dance in a bar in an almost identical way to the slow dance scene from IEWU. The only difference is the characters were talking. Could it be possible that Lively was trying to recreate the scene to be similar to the scene she did with her husband when she fell in love with him? Did she rewrite the scene to mirror the details of the dance? Is this what she means when she says her husband is ‘all over this movie’?”
Newton speculates RR was jealous when he saw the ‘IEWU’ dance scene, after rumors of his own infidelity following ‘Lantern’s release.
Various others commented on Newton’s post, agreeing with the premise — though at least one person noted the similarities don’t prove anything, that Blake could have felt uncomfortable in the ‘IEWU’ scene nonetheless. It’s also unclear who exactly wrote the bar’s dance scene.

Baldoni released raw footage from the ‘IEWU’ clip in January, featuring sound that was not in the movie — the two actors talk about the scene as they dance, and they’re surrounded by cast and crew in the background. Blake even says it would be “more romantic” if they were talking during their dancing. Justin tells her she “smells good,” referring to her commenting on her spray tan, and the two laugh.
Reynolds divorced Johansson in 2010, and married Blake in 2012. Scarlett went on to marry ‘SNL’ funnyman Colin Jostin 2020.
Blake filed a lawsuit in December against Baldoni alleging harassment on set … Baldoni then filed his own lawsuit against the New York Times, alleging a coordinated, targeted smear campaign against him.
We’ve reached out to Blake’s reps for comment … so far, no word back.
