Diddy had a one night stand with a street performer … problem is, the guy says he was raped … at least according to a new lawsuit.
The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a John Doe who claims Diddy orally raped him and sexually assaulted him anally after spiking his drink.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the man claims he was singing and playing guitar on the street outside a popular Los Angeles nightclub in November 2022 when a man claiming to be a talent scout for Diddy invited him to a Diddy party.
The John Doe claims he was driven to a private home where Diddy invited him to sit down, have a drink and talk about his music aspirations. He says as the conversation progressed he complimented Diddy’s necklace and Diddy asked if he wanted to see more of Diddy’s jewelry collection.
The guy claims Diddy then took him to a private room, where John Doe suddenly felt drowsy, off-balance and slightly euphoric … despite consuming only one drink.

He says the room had no jewelry and Diddy bluntly asked, “Have you ever sucked a d*** before?” He claims he told Diddy “no” and Diddy responded, “You should try it,” while exposing his penis.
The guy claims Diddy forced him to perform oral sex, grabbing the guy’s face and forcefully inserting his penis into his mouth. He says he became more incapacitated from the drugs Diddy gave him, and Diddy undressed him and assaulted him anally before leaving the room.
The next morning, the guy claims he woke up at the house to someone giving him an IV … and he was driven back to the nightclub and dropped off … never to hear from Diddy again.
He claims he’s suffered pain, mental anguish, emotional torment, humiliation and shame as a result … and he’s going after Diddy for damages.
Tony Buzbee, the Texas attorney representing 120 alleged Diddy victims, filed the suit.
Attorneys for Diddy tell TMZ … “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

She also turned heads as the face of Kim Kardashian‘s latest SKIMS campaign for Valentine’s Day … modeling the line’s latest pajamas and loungewear for the occasion.
And let’s not forget her shocking cameo appearance in the visuals for Bruno’s “Fat Juicy & Wet” track with Sexyy Red … so in true BP fashion, she really has been in everyone’s area.
Rosie took a breather from her busy schedule to ring in her 28th trip around the sun with her closest friends over the weekend … including her groupmate Lisa, who gave her a touching shoutout on social media.
The Pinks haven’t had much time together during their hiatus … but YG Entertainment shared a teaser for their upcoming 2025 world tour just last week — so they’ll be making up for it on the road here in a few months.

Matt Pinfield‘s girlfriend and brother say the former MTV host is more communicative than his daughter is letting on … because he was singing along to music during a recent hospital visit.
Matt’s daughter Jessica claims he’s incompetent and needs a conservatorship after suffering a stroke … but his girlfriend, Kara Brown, and his brother, Glenn, say they’re being iced out and cut off by Jessica.
Kara and Glenn’s attorney, Todd Wolfe, tells TMZ … Kara had an in-person visit with Matt at Kaiser Permanente L.A. Medical Center on Friday afternoon, with Glenn beaming in on video.
Todd says he was there too and tells us Matt was significantly more communicative than they had been led to believe.
We’re told Todd brought a portable turntable and Kara brought a bunch of records … and Matt lit up with delight when they started playing him music.
Todd says Matt even sang along with Kara to some Elvis Costello … telling us the whole interaction was “beautiful.”
TMZ broke the story … Jessica claims Matt is unable to make decisions about his health and finances, and she filed for a temporary conservatorship to oversee his bank accounts for fear his girlfriend will siphon the funds.
Kara and Glenn beg to differ … Kara says she doesn’t have access to his money and claims Jessica got her thrown out of the hospital. Glenn says Jessica has been isolating Matt from the rest of his family.
A judge ruled Thursday Kara, Glenn and their attorney are now allowed to visit Matt in the hospital … and it sounds like the first visit went better than expected.
The family battle is in full swing … and now Kara and Glenn say they have some more ammo in their war against Matt’s daughter.
