Patrick Mahomes doesn’t need many pep talks for big games these days — he is, after all, going for his fourth championship this weekend — but if he wants one from Dad … Patrick Mahomes Sr. is giving TMZ Sports a sneak peek into what his message will be!
The elder Mahomes told us on Friday out in New Orleans that if his Chiefs star son leans on him for advice heading into Sunday’s tilt with the Philadelphia Eagles … his note will be simple.
“Players make plays,” he said.
The memo shouldn’t be too hard to follow … the 29-year-old quarterback has answered the bell in nearly every big moment that Kansas City’s had over the last seven years.
In fact, if he wins Sunday — some are already saying they’ll give him the G.O.A.T. crown … although Mahomes Sr. wasn’t ready to entertain that talk just yet.
As for how he’s feeling about his son’s chances heading into his fifth Super Bowl … Pops said they’re not treating it any differently than other games — and they’re hopeful Patrick will “come out there and have a great game on Sunday and hopefully we get a W.”

The best booty shakers in the world will be in New Orleans for Super Bowl weekend … ’cause strip clubs are flying in dancers from across the United States and overseas to help entertain football fans!!
TMZ Sports hit up a bunch of adult entertainment spots in the area to get a breakdown of their Big Game preparations … and outside of the expected exclusive VIP tables and luxurious suites, the Penthouse Club told us the talent taking the stage will be an All-Star lineup from cities like Tampa, Las Vegas and Miami.
The legendary Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club has similar plans … as they’re also bringing in 200 dancers — both stateside and international.
The joint will also be open 48 hours straight starting Saturday to welcome football fans … and will offer free shots for every touchdown. If any Eagles or Chiefs players find some time while they’re in town, they’ll also get complimentary drinks.
As for over at the Barely Legal Club, they’re offering both free drinks and dances to all NFL players … along with free bottle services to any player who shows up wearing a Super Bowl ring.
Of course, current Philly and K.C. players are a bit busy prepping for the Big Game going down on Sunday … but it is quite nice of the joints to think of the boys taking the field.

Spring Break Ban Puts Brakes on Local Businesses

Miami Beach’s Spring Break crackdown is already hitting local businesses hard — and they’re sounding off to TMZ about just how much it’s really costing them.
Dan Binkiewicz, who co-owns Sweet Liberty Drinks and Supply Co., tells TMZ last summer was one of their worst, and things aren’t looking up for this season either. With the new rules cutting down on guests, he says businesses are getting crushed, and many of them might not make it.

Josh Wallack, who co-runs Mango’s Tropical Cafe, tells TMZ they used to live for Spring Break — it was the highlight of the year. Now? It’s a mess. He says the lack of visitors is also causing a domino effect, with servers and bartenders losing out on pay ’cause of those early curfews.
Mitch Novick from Sherbrooke Hotel in Miami also called out the $100 parking rule, telling TMZ he had guests cancel last year because they just couldn’t swing the cost.
Meanwhile, AJ, the general manager at Palace Bar, tells us they’re feeling the pinch from not being able to use the sidewalk anymore, cutting their seating by a massive 180 spots.

Despite the frustration, places like Sherbrooke Hotel understand why the city’s making moves for safety, with Palace Bar’s AJ acknowledging the past shootings that went down right in front of their venue — but he’s all about finding a better way to keep the businesses alive without killing the vibe.
However, the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association rep tells TMZ that since the new rules were in place, they still saw an 11% bump in visitors and a 1.8% rise in hotel bookings from 2023.
They added many hotels and restaurants are actually backing the city’s crackdown. And get this: citywide arrests dropped 8%, felony crimes dipped 19%, and service calls fell 5%. Plus, no shootings or fatalities this time around — definitely a big win compared to the past couple of years!
