“Bounty Tank” Frank Frazier is finally out of the hospital and feeling grateful to be alive … after a shooting last fall nearly took his life.

We caught up with the famed bounty hunter, who confirmed he’s now home after 4 months of receiving care for injuries he sustained when he was shot on camera during filming of his reality TV show in Ohio.

Frank says he’s focusing on rehab to get his strength back, as the shooting left him with extensive damage to his body … including injury to his colon and his kidney, which he’s set to have removed.

He adds … “I’m a walking miracle. They said I lost more blood than I had. So, I’m thankful to be here. And I’m walking! They said that I wouldn’t be walking this fast. They said it would be 8 months’ recovery for me to even just walk. So, I’m doing good.”

Watch the video … Frank maintains his grateful attitude discussing the specifics of the case –even though the 18-year-old suspect isn’t facing charges for shooting him. Instead, the suspect has been indicted on a weapons under disability charge … the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office determined he fired in self-defense.

FF says he doesn’t want to get into the legal part of it all … but he suggests his shooting may’ve “been a setup” — and his bounty hunting days might not be over.

YG can resume rolling in peace as he sees fit … the Compton rapper’s DUI case from October has been thrown out!!!

The Burbank City Attorney’s Office tells TMZ Hip Hop the case has been rejected due to insufficient evidence.

YG’s high-powered attorney, Joe Tacopina, tells us the matter was dismissed … primarily because YG was not in the vehicle when the police rolled up on him.

We broke the story … YG was detained in Burbank, California after popping his red Lambo on the curb.

Comic Cristina Payne says comedian Corey Holcomb is lying about their physical altercation outside a popular comedy club … she says he hit her, not the other way around — as Corey is now claiming.

We got Cristina in downtown Los Angeles and our photog asked her about Corey’s recent legal filing … a restraining order request where he alleged she sucker-punched him.

Cristina tells us Corey is flipping the narrative when he’s really the attacker here … and she says he’s lying to avoid potential jail time and to protect his new comedy gig.

Check out the clip … Cristina claims Corey came up to her and socked her in the face back in December outside the Hollywood Improv … and she says it’s all on surveillance footage.

Cristina claims she’s been beefing with Corey for a dozen years … ever since he offered her a job on a radio show and she says she rebuffed his sexual advances.

She says he threatened to “super sock this bitch” back in June … and she says she has witnesses who heard his alleged threat.

Problem is … Cristina claims Corey has folks who are willing to lie for him to back up his claim that she hit him.

We spoke to Cristina right after she got out of a court hearing for Corey’s restraining order … and a judge has scheduled a hearing for next month.

Cristina was rolling with a man named Jamel Dotson, who says he witnessed the whole thing. Jamel told our photog he was at the Improv on the night in question and says there is security footage showing Corey coming up to Cristina and punching her.

Clearly, Cristina and Corey have wildly different views of what went down … but it sounds like it will all come out in court.
