Fans in the United Kingdom – the home of the Premier League – are stung the most as they pay more than anyone else to watch the least amount of matches.

Sweden ranks as the next most expensive country to watch Premier League games, and Norway come in third with Denmark ranking fourth.
Behind them is the United States, with fans paying an annual cost of $661.99 – working out at $1.75 per match.
With a Premier League broadcast subscription costing $661.99, and the average annual salary in the country being $79,167 – the package equates to 0.84% of an annual salary in the US.
