I will be following the 1:30 tee time pairing of Matt Fitzpatrick and Adrien Dumont de Chassart. For the purposes of this tracking, I will be referring to Adrien Dumont de Chassart by just Chassart.
Matt Fitzpatrick has gotten hot for the second week in a row and is currently T4 at -8 heading into his Sunday afternoon tee time. Last week, Fitzpatrick fought all the way down to the 18th hole of The Players Championship, where he ultimately lost to Cameron Young after Young made par and Fitzpatrick made bogey. He looks to get a win to cement what has been a really good start to his 2026 season. So far, he has played 6 events and made 6 cuts, along with 3 T15 or better finishes on the year.
Adrien Dumont de Chassart would need a fantastic Sunday and then probably some help from Sungjae Im, as he will start 5 shots back of the lead at -6. Chassart is looking for his best finish in 2026, which has seen him finish T26 or better 3 times this season, but he has missed 2 cuts in his 6 events played in 2026. For a guy who predominantly played on the Korn Ferry Tour last year, this could be a big boost for his season if he plays well today.
