Amy Sedaris raised some eyebrows on CNN’s New Year’s Eve broadcast … cracking a tongue in cheek transgender joke live on air that left Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper speechless.
The comedian appeared as one of the show’s guests and during a viewer Q&A, Cooper asked where the best place to meet a man in 2026 might be. Sedaris quickly fired back that it might be in the women’s bathroom, trailing off mid-thought as the comment landed with a thud.
Cooper and Cohen stayed silent, forcing Sedaris to pivot on the fly. She joked maybe Bergdorf Goodman was a better option, then tossed the question back to the hosts, suggesting a fire station. That finally got a laugh, with Cohen playing along.
Later in the segment, Sedaris accidentally dropped an F-bomb while answering another viewer question about the best excuse to get out of a commitment, prompting her to quickly apologize on air.
Despite the brief stumbles, Sedaris largely kept things light though her unfiltered style clearly kept the hosts on their toes.
While Sedaris isn’t known for political comedy, she’s previously been open about her appreciation for LGBTQ+ audiences. In a 2017 interview, she said gay viewers have some of the best senses of humor, adding their acceptance of her work means everything to her.
We reached out to reps for Sedaris for comment … so far, no word back.

Tom Brady may have rung in the new year with a new catch … the G.O.A.T. was seen getting real cozy with influencer Alix Earle, and TMZ has the videos.
Check out the first video … Tom and Alix are enjoying the tunes at a party in St. Barths before Alix leans in to whisper something in his ear while caressing his back — and her hand was there for like … a while!
In another clip, TB12 is getting his groove on when Alix gives him a sultry over-the-shoulder glance. That was enough to reel the Super Bowl champ in … and they got super close!
Alix is fresh off of an emotional breakup from Braxton Berrios. They dated for two years before calling it quits, but it looks like 2026 could bring the 25-year-old better luck in the love department.
Tom was last linked to Irina Shayk in an on-again, off-again relationship that looks like it’s currently off-again. His ex-wife Gisele Bundchen also recently got remarried to Joaquim Valente, with whom she welcomed a baby boy with back in February.

The highly anticipated return of BTS is almost here … with the massive K-pop group officially confirming a comeback is slated for March 20.
The news was revealed in handwritten letters sent to ARMY (the group’s fandom) this week … which included emotional notes from all the members — RM, Jung Kook, V, Suga, J-Hope, Jin and Jimin.

The overall message?? The Bangtan Boys are just as eager for a return as their fans are after nearly four years away … and they hope their diehard supporters’ love is just as strong in 2026.
They officially paused activity in 2022 after dropping their “Proof” album in June, but it’s safe to say that ARMY passion didn’t go anywhere in the group’s absence — all the members saw success with their individual endeavors during the break … while also completing their mandatory military service.
Jin handled his business from December 2022 until June 2024, with J-Hope following from April 2023 until October 2024. V, Jung Kook, Jimin and RM were gone around the same time … from December 2023 until June 2025.
Suga was able to tour in support of his “D-Day” album before enlisting in September 2023 … and completed his service in June 2025 to officially wrap up the group’s military duties.
The group sparked a ton of buzz last month … when they posted several snaps on social media from rehearsals — hinting their comeback was on the horizon.
Now that the group has an official return date, fans can now count down the days until BTS’ new album is in their hands. Tour dates have not been announced just yet … but we take it that’s the next nugget of info to come.

G Herbo and his longtime partner, Taina Williams, are leveling up for 2026 … they got engaged over New Year’s Eve!
The 31-year-old rapper shared the sweet moment in an Instagram story, showing him getting down on one knee to ask the mother of his youngest children to marry him.
Family and friends gathered around the couple with bated breath awaiting Taina’s response … which of course was, yes!
The couple have been together since 2019 and have two children together — son Essex, born in 2021, and daughter Emmy, born in 2022.
G Herbo has a third child, son Yosohn, from a previous relationship with ex Ariana Fletcher.
