Rob Gronkowski is dropping some words of wisdom as Travis Kelce decides his NFL future … telling the Kansas City Chiefs tight end to “listen to your gut feeling” before making anything official.

The future Hall of Famer shared his advice on “Good Morning America” on Monday … saying while he feels Kelce would have a productive season if he returned in 2026, he understands it all comes down to what Travis wants to do — as he’s been in a similar place in his career, too.

“The only advice that I would give him, because I’ve been in this situation before, is listen to your gut feeling. If you truly love the game of football and you feel like you belong out there on the football field, well then go back. Look at your options, see what’s presented to you on the table and weigh it all out and take your time.”

Gronk also said on “Fox NFL Sunday” he could see Kelce weighing his options within the NFL … and potentially suit up for a different team that has a better chance at winning a Super Bowl after Patrick Mahomes tore his ACL.

As for what Kelce’s saying … he was asked if he thought about whether the Christmas Day game could have been his last at Arrowhead Stadium, and while he initially made a Powerball joke, he said his main focus was on winning football games.

His own brother also publicly shared his own guidance on making such a decision … with Jason telling Travis to take time away from the sport before he does anything.

Even though it’s been a foregone conclusion for months, Deion Sanders is finally confirming his romance with Karrueche Tran by taking a meaningful step in their relationship — going Instagram official.

Coach Prime shared a pic to his IG Story on Sunday, flashing his pearly whites with Tran cozied up on his shoulder sporting a smile of her own.

Of course, Prime’s post came after his son, Shilo, already spilled the tea on his YouTube channel … where he shared a nearly 15-minute home video of the family’s Christmas at Deion’s mansion.

Later in the clip, Sanders and Tran arrive, and Shilo opened his gift from the couple while they sat together on the stairs, all lovey-dovey.

Shilo — who was waived by Tampa Bay during final roster cuts this season — even thanked Tran for the Fear of God ESSENTIALS outfit … and she jokingly called him “stepson.”

Tran and Sanders spoke about their Christmas together at the Browns vs. Steelers game on Sunday — saying they had a great holiday with family.

The dating rumors first surfaced a few months back when Tran appeared in Deion Jr.‘s vlog, showing the NFL Hall of Famer at the hospital for treatment related to blood clots.

She’s been around the Sanders fam ever since … and let’s face it, everyone knew what it was.

Philip Rivers hopped off the couch just to go 0-3 in his surprise NFL comeback at 44 years old … but the Indianapolis Colts quarterback isn’t lamenting his decision — telling reporters he’d do it all over again.

The formerly-retired star met with reporters after losing 23-17 to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday … and he explained he has just one regret about his return to the field after five years away from the game.

“I told you guys I wasn’t going to have any regrets about coming back — and I don’t,” Rivers said in his postgame presser. “Other than us not winning, it’s been an absolute blast for three weeks. If I go back and say, ‘All right, now you know everything’s going to happen, what are you going to do?’ I’d do it all again. It’s been absolutely awesome.”

Rivers — who rejoined the squad after starter Daniel Jones went down with a season-ending Achilles injury — did a solid job considering he was coaching high school football before getting the call … throwing for 544 yards with four touchdowns and three interceptions in his three-game run.
