Diddy‘s legal team is ripping Judge Arun Subramanian, accusing him of crossing a line with the 50-month sentence … and acting more like a juror than a judge.

Diddy filed a new appeal late Tuesday evening, demanding his conviction be overturned, and his release from prison … or, at the very least, his sentence be lightened. While his lawyers have previously filed multiple appeals, this one singles out Judge Subramanian for acting as the “thirteenth juror” in Diddy’s criminal trial.

In the docs, lead appeal attorney Alexandra Shapiro claims the judge’s “draconian” 50-month sentence is based on the conduct for which the actual jurors acquited Diddy — namely, the racketeering and sex trafficking counts.

Shapiro claims Subramanian incorrectly said during sentencing he could consider Diddy’s behavior related to the more violent charges — even though he’d been acquited of them — which she calls a violation of Diddy’s constitutional rights.

In previous appeals, Diddy’s team has also argued he did not actually set up the travel or payment for the male prostitutes … and, therefore, did not violate the Mann Act.

Veteran comedic actor Pat Finn — who starred in sitcoms like “The Middle” and “The George Wendt Show” — is dead from a cancer battle … TMZ has confirmed.

Family sources tell us Pat passed away Monday evening at his home in Los Angeles, and he was surrounded by his family.

Pat came up in Hollywood around the same time as his good friend Chris Farley. He and Chris attended Marquette University in 1987, played rugby together there … and were roommates in Chicago when they both joined the Second City comedy troupe.

Several of his co-stars and friends, including comedian Jeff Dye, have posted online tributes.

While Pat’s family sources would not confirm what kind of cancer he’d been fighting, there are reports he was diagnosed with bladder cancer several years ago.

Pat is survived by his wife Donna — to whom he’d been married since 1990 — and their 3 children.

Jenna Haze is getting emergency medical care after posting alarming and bloody images of herself, which prompted an early morning visit from cops … TMZ has learned.

Early Wednesday, the retired pornstar’s IG stories were filled with photos and videos showing blood dripping from a wound on her hand. She also showed herself coughing and spitting up in a bathtub.

L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. tells TMZ they got several calls to do a welfare check on Jenna, and deputies did go to her home just before 5 AM. We’re told an ambulance took a female patient to the hospital.

It’s unclear what Jenna’s condition is right now. She has posted a lot in the past about mental health advocacy and recovery.
