Providence PD just released enhanced video of the new person of interest in the Brown University mass shooting — and the portly man looks like he’s just out for a casual walk in Rhode Island.
Check out the footage … which shows the dude all bundled for his little stroll down the street, wearing a ski cap and a mask with a heavy jacket. At one point, he stops on a sidewalk in front of a white fence, turning his body from side to side as he scans the residential area.
Police say the now-clear video was recorded on the east side of Providence Saturday afternoon before an unidentified gunman went on a bloody rampage on the Brown campus, killing 2 students and injuring 9 others.
The new development comes hours after FBI agents were spotted looking for clues in the snow around town, as they continue their manhunt with local authorities.
FBI Director Kash Patel dispatched a team of agents who were lined up side by side in piles of snow, shuffling through yards with their feet. The G-Men were hoping to turn up any morsel of evidence that could help ID the suspect.
Things started off on the wrong foot for investigators. As everyone knows, Patel announced in a Sunday post on X that a person of interest was detained in a hotel room in Coventry, RL, based off a lead from Providence PD.
Other officials also announced they had someone in custody in connection with the shooting. But all of them were wrong, and they were forced to release the individual, while telling the public the evidence pointed in a different direction.

Police are investigating TikToker Riziki Ilenre‘s death after numerous reports surfaced that she died by suicide.
The Montgomery Police Department in Alabama tells TMZ they are investigating the circumstances of her December 12 death.
A landslide of concerned social media users have reported it appears she ended her life during a live stream on TikTok after being subject to constant bullying … though police were unable to confirm this to TMZ as of Wednesday. Many of her loved ones declined to comment.
Riziki had previously spoken out about her mental health struggles over the years. She was a law student at Illinois Institute of Technology and heavily involved in her local ministry. She was also known for her close relationship with her service dog, Chief.

David Harbour
Strangely Swipes Fan’s Hat

David Harbour was captured on video doing some “Stranger Things” in Encinitas, California over the weekend … the actor appeared to take a man’s hat and make a run for it.
The head-scratching incident appears to have gone down Saturday at a gastropub called Encinitas Ale House.
Here’s what the video — which we were only permitted to view — shows … David enters the joint and then — a short time later — runs outside, carrying a white cap in his hand. He then looks over his shoulder, yelling, “C’mon, dude, f****** get me.”
Then a patron appears to walk after him, putting his hands up in exasperation and saying, “What the f*** did I do to you, dude?” Moments later, a bunch of people — who seem to know the man missing his hat — filed out of the bar to see what was going on.
Then a woman’s voice can be heard pleading, “Don’t get into a fight!,” as the man eventually returns to the bar with his hat, though we don’t know how he got it back from Harbour. We’re told nothing got physical between the two and they went their separate ways.
TMZ spoke to an eyewitness at the bar who tells us… David walked by the bar with a friend, and the guy with the hat ran out to say hello to him. We’re told David’s friend told the guy they were meeting up with some girls, but then David said, “No, let’s go to this guy’s house.”
Our source says this struck the guy as strange, so he returned back inside the bar. Shortly later, we’re told David entered the bar, took his hat and fled. The witness says David spiked his hat on the ground and asked the group about the Iraq War, then began to get emotional before kneeling down to pray.
We reached out to rep for David for his side of things… so far no word back.
However, a source with direct knowledge tells TMZ … “David has always been honest about managing his bipolar disorder. Wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what he’s dealing with here after working non-stop all year and having his personal life under public scrutiny. That would be stressful for anyone but even more so for someone who is bipolar.”
David himself has candidly discussed being diagnosed with bipolar disorder in the past.
This comes after the “Stranger Things” actor had been under fire for a report claiming his costar Millie Bobby Brown filed a bullying and harassment complaint against him while filming the final season of the Netflix show. Executive producer Shawn Levy and Millie herself have come out and categorically denied those claims.
In fact, the actress told Deadline she had a particularly strong bond with David. Millie pointed out she and David play father and daughter on the show … so, the two have acted opposite each other for years and built up quite the rapport.

Gary Busey‘s new social media post is us giving “goose”-bumps … and we mean that quite literally — since it features his bizarre impression of a goose in flight.
The actor shared the clip to social media Tuesday … in which he promises his approximately 374K social media followers an excellent holiday gift — before making loud honking noises into the camera.
Busey then says, “That’s what a goose sounds like when they’re flying, to let you know they’re up there.”
He then launches back into the sound — and then throws in a few extra honks in rapid succession … in case anyone wants to know what multiple geese hanging out sounds like.
Why Gary Busey’s loudly making goose sounds on social media, we just don’t know … he’s certainly a character — and it’s hard to tell exactly what’s going on in the guy’s head these days.
Honestly, though … you can look for a funnier video on the internet — but, we think that would just be a wild goose chase!
