Jonathan Bailey thought he’d single-handedly ruined a highly anticipated show when he was a child … violating a theater superstition right before a memorable bomb.

The actor opened up about his foolish faux pas during an episode of “Actors on Actors” — the popular Variety series where stars interview one another about their lives and careers.

Bailey told Superman himself, David Corenswet, he took part in the 1996 show “Les Enfants du Paradis” helmed by “Four Wedding and A Funeral” actor Simon Callow … and, before the show, Jonathan says he said the word “Macbeth.”

The 48th Annual Kennedy Center Honors is about about to get underway … and, the event’s already feeling President Donald Trump‘s presence — with POTUS drawing eyes on the red carpet.

The prez arrived at the event in a tuxedo Sunday in a classic tuxedo … bowtie around his neck and a serious expression on his face as he posed with First Lady Melania Trump.

Ever the model, Melania pulled of her sleevless black dress flawlessly … the hint of a smile playing on her full lips. She firmly planted her right hand planted in her husband’s left during the shoot.

While President Trump’s the host, he’s not the biggest draw of the night … with stars like Sylvester Stallone, George Strait and Michael Crawford actually receiving the prestious honors from the Kennedy Center Board of Trustees.

KISS’ three living members — Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and Peter Criss — received medals … less than two months after their longtime friend and bandmate Ace Frehley died following a fall in his recording studio.

Gloria Gaynor looked glamourous as always in an shining gold and silver gown with a cape accessory … throwing up a hand to wave at onlookers with a huge smile on her face.

While all the stars are in attendance tonight, the actual show won’t air until December 23 … so, we’ll have to wait awhile to see how President Trump performs in his duties as host.

The president says he think he’ll do fine … especially when compared to his archenemy, Jimmy Kimmel — who he blasted once again while presenting medals to Kennedy Center honorees on Saturday.

Zach Ertz couldn’t hold back the tears after a big hit resulted in him being carted off the field … and, there’s now speculation he won’t play in the NFL again.

The Washington Commanders tight end took the field in his team’s game against the Minnesota Vikings Sunday … and, with about 2 minutes left in the third quarter, he  jumped to try and catch a pass from QB Marcus Mariota.

While in the air, Vikings safety Jay Ward leaned down and went straight through Ertz leg … causing his knee to bend like elastic. It’s a brutal hit … so, watch at your own risk.

Ertz was carted off the field … and, Commanders Head Coach Dan Quinn told reporters the concern at this point is that the veteran star tore his ACL on the play.

While he was being driven off, Ertz could be seen becoming visibly emotional … understandable given the pain and frustration of the moment alone — though some online are wondering if there was an even more emotional reason behind the tears.

Zach just turned 35 … which is a little older for a tight end — and, it makes you wonder if this injury is something Ertz can, or even wants, to come from.
