UPDATE
5:59 PM PT — Megan Thee Stallion‘s legal team is accusing Team Milagro of issuing a false statement about the trial outcome. They say “The court has not issued a final judgement regarding the defamation count. The judge will make a final ruling and determine the entire financial amount that Milagro will be required to pay Megan.”

3:30 PM PT — Milagro’s attorney Jeremy McLymont, doesn’t see the jury’s verdict as a total loss, in fact he feels like Megan lost more than she won.

Jeremy tells TMZ, “The Final Judgment of the Court is that Ms. Cooper is not liable for Defamation. Ms. Cooper ultimately prevailed on Ms. Pete’s leading accusation, Defamation, and the jury awarded a nominal amount of damages compared to millions of dollars Ms. Pete demanded.”

That’s not exactly right … there’s been no final judgment yet, but he’s referring to the jury determining Milagro is a “media defendant.” Under Florida law that means Megan would have to send a cease and desist letter to Milagro before filing the lawsuit … which she did not.

As a result, the judge could toss the defamation damages — totaling $16K — and reduce Megan’s award to $59K. But, that won’t be determined until Judge Cecilia Altonaga issues her final written order in the case. Plus, Milagro will still be on the hook for Megan’s attorney’s fees … which could be in the millions of dollars!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Megan as she left the Florida courtroom Monday with her legal team and her former manager Travis Farris right after the verdict was read. As you’d expect, she said she was “happy” the legal ordeal was over.
The jury awarded Megan $75K in damages, which breaks down like this — $15K for defamation, $8K for emotional distress, $50K for a deep fake porn posted online and an additional $2K for punitive damages and emotional distress.
Under Florida law, Milagro is also liable for Megan’s legal fees, so she could be on the hook for way more than the $75K.

The bad news for Megan is we also caught up with Milagro … who told us she’s unsure she can foot that bill.
You’ll recall … Megan claimed Milagro engaged in extreme and outrageous conduct toward her with her posts supporting Tory Lanez after he was found guilty of shooting Megan … which Megan says caused her severe emotional distress.

During the trial, the jury heard testimony about Milagro sharing a deep-fake sex tape of Megan, which many online apparently believed to be real.

Megan also took the stand during the trial, giving some tearful testimony about the trauma she says she suffered in the wake of Milagro’s posts, which apparently made an impact on the jury.

Simone Biles isn’t being shy about her recent boob job … going to social media to give her followers some before and after visuals!!
Biles shared the video to her 5.5 million followers on TikTok … showing off her surgeon’s work in several different outfits.
Her fans flooded the comments with praise … with everyone loving the update for the seven-time Olympic gold medalist.
“You look so good girl,” a commenter wrote.
“You look awesome as always, great to see you happy,” another person added.
The 28-year-old went public with her operation in a post in October– ending fan speculation that she went under the knife.
She shared details of the surgery in a TikTok Q&A the following month, saying it was painful as hell!!

Even with the pain, Biles said she was happy with the decision to get it done.
“Obviously, with every plastic surgery, there is going to be a risk, and I did it.”
At the end of the day … as long as she’s happy — that is all that matters!

Kanye West‘s wife was spotted walking into a doctor’s office Thursday … wearing a strapless black top and just leggings, which did little to cover her impressive backside.

Apparently, she wore a pair of spandex shorts while driving to the place … but decided to strip them off to give herself a little anonymity — because nothing says “Don’t look” like a beautiful woman without pants on, right???
Unfortunately, Bianca was up at her appointment and not around to charm the pants off a local parking enforcement official … who took a picture of her license plate and wrote a ticket.
No Kanye to mind the vehicle while she was out, unfortunately … Censori was out on her own, taking care of business all by herself.
We haven’t seen Bianca out recently … but she wears these thong bodysuits anywhere — including about a month ago at the airport in Melbourne, Australia when she checked into her flight while her whole booty was hanging out.
She also wore a colorful pink and purple version of the ensemble while hanging out with her sister in their home country shortly before flying back to the States … can’t tell her nothin’ about her style!

Stefon Diggs waited until the bye week to celebrate his birthday, but it was well worth it — his lady, Cardi B, made it unforgettable by twerking and singing for his big bash!!
Cardi and mutual friends had a toast to the New England Patriots wide receiver’s 32nd trip around the sun on Thursday in Miami … days after his actual birthday (November 29th).
While Diggs was enjoying dinner and about to blow out the candles on his cake, Cardi began singing Stevie Wonder‘s “Happy Birthday” along with the friends in attendance.
That’s when the real party started — the “Outside” rapper began shaking her ass for Diggs at what appeared to be a nightclub … and of course, he couldn’t help but watch. Remember Cardi’s steamy boat twerk sesh for Stefon?!
